Robert Puterman
President
Robert is the founder and President of Regal Restoration, located in Central New Jersey. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth University in Business Management and Finance.
Read morePrior to receiving his degree, Robert began his career in construction, working as a demolition laborer and quickly advancing to project manager by the age of 18. He founded Regal Restoration at the age of 26 and began building his team with hand selected, qualified, and passionate individuals who share his company philosophy and work ethic. Robert’s passion for developing and sustaining relationships, and strong attention to detail, are both deeply rooted in Regal Restoration’s core competencies.
He spends a considerable amount of time managing the day-to-day operations of the company, while also meeting with clients, and prospective clients, to ensure that communication and transparency are established early, and that strong relationships are forged. Robert developed the company’s SAFE program and keeps Regal’s services on the cutting edge by continually utilizing new technology and marketing techniques. He believes in team education to ensure Regal is responding to its customer base with the latest industry knowledge and expertise.

Director of Operations
Vincent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business-to-business marketing from James Madison University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in strategic management from Rutgers University. Read more
Vincent brings a diverse background to Regal Restoration, as he held several client-facing sales positions, as well as many highly technical project implementation and project management positions throughout his career.
Vincent has experience working in various industries, which include time with small start-ups, as well as with several well-known Fortune 500 companies. Vincent brings excitement to the team in areas of organization, idea & project implementation and company growth & expansion.

Nick Russo
Director of Compliance & Estimating
Nick received his Bachelor of Science from James Madison University while studying mathematics and the sciences. Read more
Having a multi-faceted foundation in physics, strict focus on pharmacy regulations, and background in business, collaboratively led to his success in the construction industry. Given the strict demands and full compliance to safety standards placed upon construction industry professionals, along with no margin for error, Nick has spent considerable time studying and standardizing these demands in multiple working environments.
Nick brings over 12 years of construction experience to Regal Restoration, which includes a high level of accuracy and precision in estimating and developing protocols for standard operating procedures. Although Nick doesn’t hold a license in engineering, he continues to expand his knowledge in mathematics and sciences by working directly with many of the project engineers to ensure accuracy and proper specification of plan details. Nick has passed both Florida General Contracting examinations, which builds on his licensing credentials and will offer new market opportunities and expansion to Regal.
Nick considers himself very dynamic and brings another layer of expertise to the Regal Team. He strives for perfection and will undoubtedly provide that added assurance to current and potential business partners, and to each project he oversees.

Shari Puterman
Vice President Infrastructure Management
Shari brings a diverse, multi-faceted leadership background to the Regal Restoration team, with a strong focus on infrastructure design and enhancing procedural efficiencies. Read more
After graduating as valedictorian from Penn State University in just 2.5 years, Shari moved to Los Angeles, where she owned and operated a model & talent management agency with a client roster of more than 500 and staff teams on the East and West coasts. In this role, Shari developed internal standard operation procedures that ensured seamless communications across all departments and full transparency within the organization.
Shari then relocated back to New Jersey, launching a career in the media industry and spending more than a decade as a top editor for the USA Today Network. During her tenure, she launched nationwide content, revenue and market initiatives, leading cross-departmental teams and devising best practices for workflow that were adopted across the Network.
As a results-driven, innovative business leader, Shari is excited to build upon Regal’s strong foundation, maximizing organizational operations and providing employees with tools that align with the team’s top-notch industry standards.

George Grob
Project Leader
George brings over 20 years of construction experience to Regal Restoration. Read more
George began his career maintaining large commercial facilities, which then evolved into high end home improvements, custom building projects, and eventually segued into running his own home improvement company.
In his role as Project Manager, George fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures a clearly defined approach for Regal Restoration’s customers, while overseeing performance and maintaining a high level of workmanship for each project in his care. George’s strong communication and client service skills enhance Regal Restoration’s high-level management philosophy.

Sterling Winston
Project Leader
Sterling Winston brings more than 15 years of comprehensive HVAC & Refrigeration experience to the Regal Restoration team. Read more
At a young age, Sterling developed a passion for working with his hands to understand the intricacies of electrical operating systems.
As an EPA-certified technician, he has extensive training in the managerial, sales and technical aspects of the trade.
Sterling has served as lead service technician and project manager for several HVAC companies, directing operations, procuring lucrative contracts and working in the field.

Matt Yagins
Project Leader
Matt Yagins has more than 30 years experience in multiple facets of the construction industry. Read more
As a consultant, senior project manager and entrepreneur, his resume includes new construction, development and commercial projects nationwide.
He’s passionate about building relationships – which is integral to Regal’s core values – and enjoys communicating with industry players such as engineers, inspectors, property managers, planning and zoning board officials.
Matt’s attention to detail and customer concerns ensures top-quality oversight, and his hands-on experience enables him to delve into all types of work, regardless of size, scope or phase.
His trouble-shooting ability, energy and focus align with Regal’s commitment to quality and dedication to customer satisfaction at all levels.

Phil DeLuca
Junior Project Leader
Phil DeLuca brings to Regal Restoration a range of experience in electrical and general contracting work. Read more
From ground-up construction to full renovations, he’s managed commercial and residential projects of various scopes and sizes. Currently in the process of earning a bachelor’s degree from New Jersey City University, Phil is eager to continue broadening his experience in all facets of construction.
He takes great pride in keeping his “mind and hands busy,” dissecting challenges to find innovative solutions and keeping pace with the ever-evolving technology and dynamics of the industry. Phil’s computer skills, strong work ethic and attention to detail are among the assets he brings to the Regal Restoration team.

Jennifer Brick
Senior Marketing Consultant
Jennifer Brick is a marketing and business development consultant assisting Regal Restoration with its client relations, new business prospecting and marketing initiatives in New Jersey. Read more
Jennifer is actively involved in several chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has been a member of numerous committees over her 23-year career in the community association industry. She sat on the Board of Trustees for both the Big Apple New York and Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapters, where she concluded her six-year board term as Chapter President in 2017. Over the years, Jennifer has been the recipient of several CAI awards for her leadership and commitment.
Jennifer attended Douglass College at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

William Otto
Operations Facilitator
William brings to Regal a wealth of experience in the customer-service sector. As Operations Facilitator, his primary duties encompass “behind-the-scenes” communications with all project shareholders. Read more
